My husband believes that the soil pipe in our basement has a slow leak in it. There is moisture around it, but not a significant amount that we have been able to determine. The possible leak runs underneath our oil heaters tank.

Water keeps backing up into back basement. Plumber did snakes out the pipe where the sewer pipe was, but said we may need someone with a camera snake to see where problem is originating

bathrom pedastal sink leaking when water goes down the drain and drain stopper in sink is loose and disconnected. (rubber "U" tube connector currently used under sink to carry water to outside drain but prefer to replace this with pvc or metal "U" pipe).

Garbage disposal unit located under the kitchen sink is leaking. I would like to get fixed this problem. I would like to have an appointment on June 27th (Saturday). E-mail is preferred way of contact.

Today my water heater broke. It started leaking water from the bottom. I turned off the valve that leads the water into the heater and the valves that distribute the hot water through the house. I tried draining the heater, but after several hours it's continuing to pour out water.

Converting 4th floor room into 1/2 bathroom (possibly full bath). The room was formally a bathroom and has existing plumbing for a sink and toilet but we are unsure if the existing plumbing is still useable.

There is a leak coming from the crack of the living room ceiling. FYI, back in 2003, the ceiling was opened up to replace the shower pan.
